a little Praise from the past

We met Christian 2 years ago at an open house and we were impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail.  We waited for his inspection to end before we approached him. After speaking with him for 5 minutes we were drawn to him because of his professional yet compassionate approach and style. 

It was about 12 months after our first meeting with Christian my wife and I decided to sell our apartment. We called Christian immediately. We bombarded Christian with questions and Christian was patient, informative and knowledgeable in every facet of the industry. 

We met with 2 other agents one from Bresic Whitney and another from McGrath and neither of those individuals were on Christian’s level. The brands were more established but their approach, knowledge, desire and manner were no match. We knew we were in good hands the second we signed with Christian. 

We were contacted daily (as requested), updated and notified of the slightest progression and guided every single step of the way. 

We received an offer of $3,000,000 on the Monday before the auction – we asked Christian what we should do…. He suggested we stick to the plan and go to auction. We trusted him implicitly and we’re glad we did - We sold our apartment for more than $3,350,000 – my wife and I were convinced by the other agents we wouldn’t get more than $3.150.

After Christian sold our home we then had 6 weeks to find another apartment – Christian was our man! He found us an apartment in Redfern that was exactly what we wanted. My wife and I were nervous about bidding at the auction so when Christian offered to bid for us we knew our chances of buying it were higher. Sure enough Christian came through again and we bought our next property for $100,000 less than we anticipated. 

3 months later my daughter wanted to buy an apartment so we approached Christian – 3 weeks later he had found Sam her dream apartment in the same building as we had just bought in.

Christian was stern but compassionate and his knowledge of the market and the buyers in the market made all the difference. We have recommended Christian to all of our friends and they have been amazed by his attention to detail and hunger to produce for his clients.

I first met Christian over a year ago when I asked three agencies to advise me on the sale of my property.
